These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and ks999 ("ks999", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website accessible at https://ks999.cam (the "Platform"). These Terms govern all use of the Platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games and sports betting markets, bonus claims, and access to all informational and interactive features offered by ks999.

ks999 is an English-language online casino and sports betting information platform targeting users in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions. ks999 does not operate a direct gambling service in all jurisdictions. Where the Platform facilitates or refers to gambling activity, it does so subject to applicable operator terms, licensing conditions and jurisdictional restrictions.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or using any feature of ks999, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

For the purpose of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Your use of the Platform constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance is effective from the earlier of: (a) the date you first access the Platform; or (b) the date you create an Account. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms apply in addition to, and do not override or replace, any specific terms applicable to individual promotions, game rules, or third-party provider agreements that may apply to certain features of the Platform. In the event of conflict, the more specific terms shall prevail in relation to the specific matter, unless these Terms expressly state otherwise.

ks999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. See Section 16 (Amendments) for further detail.

To register an Account and use the Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction. Confirming that you are 18+ does not, by itself, make gambling lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be located in, or resident of, any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited or where ks999 is not permitted to operate. Users in Pakistan must assess their own legal position under applicable Pakistani law.
• Single Account: You may hold only one Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using different personal details, is strictly prohibited.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion request or regulatory exclusion that would prevent you from gambling.
• Not a Vulnerable Person: You must not be gambling compulsively, be subject to a gambling disorder diagnosis or be in financial distress attributable to gambling.

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and other fields as required by the registration form. You represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and accurate.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. ks999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

• You must notify ks999 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any security breach.
• You must not use another person's Account or allow another person to use yours.
• Account credentials must be kept confidential at all times — sharing login details is prohibited and may result in Account suspension.
• ks999 may, at its sole discretion, suspend or close any Account that it reasonably suspects has been compromised or is being used fraudulently.

ks999 accepts deposits through a range of payment methods as made available in the Platform's cashier section from time to time. Familiar Pakistani payment channel references — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT — may be referenced on the Platform as illustrative examples of commonly used channels. The inclusion of these references does not constitute an endorsement of, affiliation with, or confirmed operational partnership with any such payment provider.

All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another individual — are prohibited and may result in Account suspension and return of funds.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section. Limits are subject to change.
• ks999 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may levy its own transaction charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot be guaranteed to be reversed. Contact support immediately in the event of an erroneous deposit.
• ks999 reserves the right to refuse or reverse deposits from high-risk payment sources or where fraud is suspected.
• All deposited funds must represent lawfully earned personal income. Use of the Platform for money laundering is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions, which must all be satisfied before a payout can be processed:

1. Your Account must be fully verified through the KYC process as described in Section 11.
2. All applicable wagering requirements attached to any active bonus must be fully completed. Withdrawing prior to satisfying wagering conditions will typically result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
3. The withdrawal method selected must match the payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise permitted by ks999's cashier rules.
4. The Account name registered on the Platform must exactly match the name on the payment method to which funds are being sent.
5. Your Account must be in good standing — not suspended, under investigation or subject to any compliance hold.
6. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.

ks999 makes no guarantee as to specific withdrawal processing timeframes. Processing times depend on the payment method selected, the operator's internal review processes and any compliance checks required. Users are encouraged to complete KYC verification proactively to avoid delays when their first withdrawal request is submitted.

ks999 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral rewards and other promotional incentives. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific offer states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: A wagering (rollover) requirement must be met before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. The wagering multiplier (e.g., 20×, 30×, 40×) will be stated in the specific offer terms. For example, a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30× requirement means PKR 150,000 in qualifying bets must be placed.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus is active, individual bets may not exceed a stated maximum — typically in the range of PKR 500–PKR 1,000 per round. Exceeding this limit may void the bonus.
• Game Contribution: Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute 10%–20%; some games contribute 0%. Refer to the specific offer for a full contribution table.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses expire within the timeframe stated in the specific offer, typically between 7 and 30 days from activation. Upon expiry, any uncompleted wagering results in forfeiture of the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Claiming a new bonus while one is active may cause the previous bonus to be forfeited.
• Maximum Cash-out: Some bonuses impose a cap on withdrawable winnings derived from that bonus (e.g., PKR 25,000). Winnings exceeding this cap will be removed from the Account balance upon withdrawal.
• Minimum Qualifying Deposit: A minimum deposit is typically required to trigger a bonus offer. Deposits below this threshold will not activate the promotion.

ks999 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to systematic exploitation of wagering advantages, collusion and multi-accounting — will result in bonus forfeiture and potential Account closure.

All games and betting markets offered on the ks999 Platform are governed by specific game rules, which take precedence in all matters relating to that game's mechanics, payouts and outcome determination. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet.

In relation to sports betting, including Pakistan cricket, PSL/T20 markets, ICC tournament events, international football, UFC fight-night markets and other listed sports:

• Bets placed after an event has started may be accepted as live (in-play) bets, subject to applicable odds at the time of acceptance.
• Bets that have been accepted and confirmed cannot be cancelled by the User.
• ks999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a technical error, data feed issue or odds error has occurred.
• Settlement of bets is based on the official result as determined by the governing body of the relevant sport or competition.
• In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, ks999's decision, made in good faith based on available information, shall be final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ks999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Creating or operating multiple Accounts (multi-accounting) to circumvent restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or obscure identity.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification or account management.
• Use of automated software, bots, macros, scripts or other artificial tools to interact with the Platform, manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other Users to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonuses.
• Exploiting software errors, system glitches or miscalculated odds to generate financial gain ("arbitrage abuse" or "bug exploitation").
• Money laundering, terrorist financing or use of the Platform in connection with any unlawful financial activity.
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or disrupt the Platform's systems, servers or networks.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language or threatening behaviour toward ks999 staff or other users.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited, including in breach of applicable Pakistani law.

ks999 is required to implement Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures for the purposes of identity verification, age verification, anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and fraud prevention. KYC verification may be triggered at any point, including at registration, upon a first withdrawal request, when a certain cumulative deposit threshold is reached, or at ks999's sole discretion.

Acceptable KYC documents for Pakistani users typically include:

• A valid, unexpired CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — front and back, clearly legible.
• A valid, unexpired Pakistani passport (bio-data page).
• Proof of address — a recent utility bill, bank statement or official government document showing your name and residential address, dated within three months.
• A selfie photograph holding your CNIC or passport, or completion of a liveness verification check as required by the Platform.

ks999 reserves the right to place holds on Account balances and withdrawal requests pending the satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension.

ks999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing players with the tools to manage their gambling activity. We believe that gambling should be treated as entertainment only — never as a source of income, a means to recover losses or a solution to financial difficulties.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Users may set a maximum loss threshold per defined period, after which further gambling activity is restricted until the next period begins.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set session duration reminders or hard cut-offs to prevent extended uninterrupted gambling sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to take a break from gambling may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. During a self-exclusion period, no new deposits or bets will be accepted.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written permission from ks999.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark or proprietary rights notices.
• Use ks999's brand name, logos or trademarks in any way that implies endorsement, affiliation or association without express written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ks999 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

This includes, without limitation, liability for:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, errors or interruptions.
• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Decisions made by the User on the basis of content published on the Platform, including game guides, betting tips or educational materials.
• Losses resulting from reliance on information that proves to be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated.
• Suspension or termination of Account access in accordance with these Terms.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ks999 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or harmful components.

The collection, processing and storage of personal data in connection with your use of the ks999 Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by incorporation. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

ks999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice through the Platform, including by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by displaying a notice upon login.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request closure of your Account by contacting support.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ks999 is licensed and registered, which shall be communicated to Users upon request and as may be displayed in the Platform's licensing disclosures. ks999 does not represent that this Platform is operated under Pakistani law or under any license issued by a Pakistani authority.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as constituting legal advice. Users in Pakistan should seek independent legal advice to understand the applicability of local gambling laws — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and applicable provincial legislation — to their participation on the Platform. ks999 does not warrant that use of the Platform is lawful in all Pakistani jurisdictions.
